We also plan your course: most clients need 6 to 8 sessions, spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart on the face and 6 to 10 weeks apart on the body, because each session only treats the hairs that are in their growth phase that day.
Shave the area the day before. Do not wax, pluck or use hair-removal cream, because laser needs the hair root in place. Avoid sun, tanning and self-tanner on the area, and arrive with clean skin.
